When your deposit is received, we will send you a registration packet and more information to help you plan your trip. Registration will be on a first-come first-serve basis, as will be the waiting list. Limit 40 participants!

AIR:
Trip price is based on airfare from New York City or Miami. Add a surcharge of US $300 to fly from Los Angeles. Discount US $600 to arrange your own travel and meet us at the hotel.

HOTEL: ****
Four-star hotel accommodations include breakfast. Private room surcharge: US $600. You can room with the partner(s) of your choice if you so indicate on the registration form. We assign rooms in same-sex doubles or triples. There is a smoking/no smoking preference for roommates.

FOOD:
We stay in the city center. There are a variety of restaurants and markets. You are responsible for all meals other than breakfast.

TRANSPORTATION:
Bridge to the Tango provides transportation to and from the airport, between the hotel and all group events, and to and from the dances at night. Participants are responsible for all other transportation.
